Platform Use

User Submissions

You promise that the posting and use of your Submission on or through the Service does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights; you agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owed by reason of the Submission you post; and you shall have the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
Meanwhile, you represent and warrant automatically that you have the right to grant, and do hereby grant, to Paaawow the worldwide, paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, assignable, non-exclusive right and license to (a) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display any such Submission (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate all or any portion of it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party that may exist in such Submission; and (b) use such Submission, including without limitation, the right and license to make, use, sell, offer for sale, and import any products and/or services which practice or embody, or are configured for use in practicing, all or any portion of the Submission and the practice.

Paaawow has no obligation to monitor this Platform or any portion thereof. However, we reserve the right to review any posted content and remove, delete, redact or otherwise modify such content, in our sole discretion, at any time and from time to time, without notice or further obligation to you. Paaawow has no obligation to display or post any content. Paaawow, subject to the Privacy Policy referenced above, reserves the right to disclose, at any time and from time to time, any information or posted content that it deems necessary or appropriate, including without limitation to satisfy any applicable, law, regulation, contractual obligation, legal, dispute process, or governmental request. Correction of Platform Errors
The information on the Paaawow Platform may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to update any information we see fit at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors may relate to product information, pricing and availability. In these instances, we shall have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies. Modification/Termination of Platform
In the event of termination, you will still be bound by your obligations under these terms of service, including the warranties made by you, and by the disclaimers and limitations of liability. Paaawow shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access.
Campaign Terms and Conditions (available to all campaigns)
All campaigns end time is decided by Paaawow, and we reserve the right to amend or cancel any campaign at any time without prior notice. Any ad or blog post customer sees online cannot be used to argue and request price match or request us to offer the discount again. We have the right to cancel or not offer any ended promo. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to honor any promotional offer that has ended, or to modify the terms and conditions of any such offer, at our sole discretion. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such cancellation, refusal, or modification. All determinations made by Paaawow in connection with such disputes or concerns shall be final and binding.
Termination
Notwithstanding any of these Terms, we reserve the right, without notice or attendant liability, and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this Platform, and to block or prevent future access to and use of this Platform for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, these Terms of Use will still apply.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY SORT INCURRED AS A RESULT OF ANY DEALINGS WITH ANY THIRD PARTY WEBPLATFORM OR MERCHANT OR OPERATOR OF SUCH A THIRD PARTY WEBPLATFORM.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS PAAAWOW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND THIRD PARTY PARTNERS FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSSES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES AND COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, RESULTING FROM: (1) YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CONTENT SUBMITTED OR TRANSMITTED BY YOU VIA THE PLATFORM; (2) ANY USE OF ANY PASSWORD CHOSEN BY OR ISSUED TO YOU; OR (3) ANY VIOLATION BY YOU OF: (A) THESE TERMS OF USE; (B) PAAAWOW'S PRIVACY POLICY; (C) ANY OTHER TERMS, GUIDELINES OR RULES APPLICABLE TO THE PLATFORM; (D) ANY RIGHTS OF ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY; OR (E) ANY APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES, OR REGULATIONS.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the user and Paaawow with respect to this Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written with respect to this Platform. A printed version of these Terms of Use and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms of Use to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
